When attracting and selecting candidates for specific job roles, I rely on a combination of targeted job postings, networking, and utilizing recruitment agencies to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Once we have a pool of applicants, I carefully review resumes, conduct thorough interviews, and administer skills assessments to ensure the right fit for the role. Additionally, I prioritize cultural fit and ensure that candidates align with the values and goals of the organization.
