As soon as the weather deteriorated, I immediately sprang into action by coordinating with the event staff, vendors, and emergency services to ensure the safety and well-being of all attendees. I implemented a contingency plan that involved securing additional tents, providing ponchos to guests, and rearranging the schedule to accommodate the changing conditions.
