To create a clipping mask in Photoshop, follow these steps:
- Open Photoshop and place the image you want to use as the background on one layer.
- Create a new layer above the background image layer and place the image or shape you want to use as the mask on this new layer.
- Position the mask layer on top of the background image layer.
- Right-click on the mask layer and select "Create Clipping Mask" from the dropdown menu.
- Your mask will now clip to the shape of the layer below it, creating a clipping mask effect.
