Handling Difficult Situations with Team Members: Management Trainee Interview Question
During a project in which I was involved, there was a challenging situation with a team member that required careful handling. The team member was not meeting deadlines and was causing delays in the project delivery.
My approach to resolving the situation involved:

Through these steps, I was able to address the issue effectively and help the team member improve their performance, leading to successful project completion.
