Effective Handling of Challenging Sales Call in Telemarketing
During my previous experience in telemarketing, I encountered a challenging sales call where the prospect had several objections to our product. Instead of becoming defensive, I actively listened to the prospect's concerns and took the time to address each objection methodically.
