Optimizing Supply Chain Efficiency Example
During my previous role as a Supply Chain Manager at XYZ Company, I successfully optimized supply chain efficiency by implementing a Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory management system. This involved closely monitoring demand forecasts, streamlining order processing, and establishing strong relationships with key suppliers.
