Example of Successfully Coaching and Developing a High-Performing Team Within a Branch
During my time as a Branch Manager at XYZ Bank, I implemented a comprehensive coaching and development program that significantly enhanced the performance of my team. One specific example that demonstrates this success was when I identified a group of underperforming tellers within the branch.
