Resolving Conflict with a Coworker
During my previous role, I encountered a situation where a coworker and I had differing opinions on how to approach a project deadline. I recognized the importance of addressing the conflict promptly to ensure the project's success.
To resolve the conflict, I initiated a conversation with my coworker to understand their perspective and concerns. Through active listening and effective communication, we were able to find a common ground and reach a compromise that satisfied both parties.
By addressing the conflict head-on and working collaboratively with my coworker, we were able to successfully meet the project deadline and maintain a positive working relationship.
