Can you provide an example of a time when you had to make a difficult operational decision and how you handled it?

During my time as an Operation Executive at XYZ Company, I encountered a situation where we were facing a significant production delay due to a sudden equipment failure. In order to meet our deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction, I had to make a tough decision to allocate additional resources and manpower to resolve the issue.
