Handling Difficult Employee Relations Issue Example
During my time as an HR Manager, I encountered a situation where two employees were constantly at odds with each other, causing discord within the team. To address this issue, I first conducted individual meetings with both employees to understand their perspectives and reasons behind the conflict.
After gaining insights from each employee, I scheduled a joint meeting with them to facilitate open communication and encourage them to express their concerns constructively.
