As a seasoned Project Manager, I have encountered various challenges related to team dynamics. One particular instance that stands out is when I had to deal with a team member who was consistently missing deadlines and impacting the overall project timeline.
Recognizing the importance of addressing the issue promptly, I scheduled a one-on-one meeting with the team member to discuss their challenges and understand the root cause of their performance issues. By actively listening to their concerns and offering support, I was able to uncover that they were overwhelmed with their workload and struggling to prioritize tasks effectively.
