Can you provide an example of a time when you had to address a conflict within your development team and how did you handle it?

During my time as a Programming Manager, I encountered a situation where two developers on my team had conflicting ideas on the approach to a critical project. Instead of letting the conflict escalate, I proactively scheduled a meeting with both team members to openly discuss their viewpoints and concerns. I encouraged them to listen to each other's perspectives and find common ground.
