One complex technical problem I solved for a customer involved integrating a new CRM system with their existing accounting software. The challenge was to ensure seamless data transfer and synchronization between the two systems without causing disruption to the customer's daily operations.
To effectively communicate the solution to non-technical stakeholders, I created a detailed project plan outlining the steps involved in the integration process.
