Challenging Product Decision Example: Approaching Product Management Interviews

During a previous role as a Product Manager, I faced a challenging decision regarding the direction of a new feature we were considering for our software product. The feature in question had the potential to greatly benefit our users, but it presented significant technical and resource challenges in its implementation.
