Example of a Challenging Case in Social Work

To approach this case effectively, I took a holistic approach by forming a collaborative relationship with the teenager, building trust through active listening and empathy. I conducted a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying causes of their behavior and developed a personalized plan that included individual therapy, group counseling, and access to housing resources.
