I offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused and assured them that I would do everything in my power to resolve the problem to their satisfaction.

To rectify the situation, I expedited a new shipment of the product to the customer at no extra cost and provided them with a discount on their next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. Throughout the process, I maintained open communication with the customer, keeping them informed of the progress and ensuring they felt valued and cared for as a loyal customer.
