As a Safety Officer, I understand the importance of promptly addressing safety violations or incidents in the workplace to ensure the well-being of all employees. In a previous role, there was a situation where an employee was not wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while operating machinery. Upon observing this violation, I immediately approached the employee and reminded them of the importance of wearing PPE for their safety.

I then conducted a brief training session with the entire team to reinforce the importance of following safety protocols and guidelines. Additionally, I documented the incident in our safety log and provided further coaching to the employee to prevent similar violations in the future.
