Experience in Developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Collaboration
During my career in the education sector, I have gained significant experience in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs. My approach to creating IEPs involves a comprehensive assessment of each student's strengths, challenges, and learning goals.
