During my experience as a Computer Hardware Engineer, I successfully worked on a project to optimize the performance of a computer hardware component. The project involved improving the efficiency of the CPU cooling system in a high-performance gaming desktop.

To achieve this, I first conducted a thorough analysis of the existing cooling system and identified areas for enhancement. I then researched and tested various cooling solutions, including different heat sinks and thermal paste compounds. By measuring temperatures and conducting stress tests, I was able to determine the most effective combination of components for optimal cooling performance.

After implementing the recommended changes, the outcome was significant improvement in the CPU temperature under load, resulting in enhanced overall system performance and stability.
