Resolving Team Conflict as a Housekeeping Supervisor
During my time as a Housekeeping Supervisor, I encountered a situation where there was a conflict among team members regarding the distribution of tasks and responsibilities. The focus keyword "conflict resolution" was imperative in addressing this issue.
To resolve the conflict, I first conducted one-on-one meetings with each team member involved to understand their perspectives and concerns. This allowed me to gather insights into the root cause of the conflict.
