Having a strong candidate sourcing strategy is essential for successful talent acquisition. One successful strategy I have implemented in the past involved a combination of using various online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to attract qualified candidates.

We utilized targeted job postings on popular job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn to reach a wide audience of potential candidates. In addition, we engaged with passive candidates through networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and generate referrals.
