suresh During my time as a Clinical Research Associate, I encountered a situation where a conflict arose within the research team regarding the interpretation of study results. To address this issue, I initiated a team meeting to openly discuss and clarify the conflicting viewpoints. I encouraged each team member to share their perspectives and provided a platform for constructive dialogue.
Through active listening and effective communication, we were able to identify the root cause of the disagreement and reach a consensus on the interpretation of the data. By emphasizing the importance of collaboration and mutual respect, we were able to overcome the conflict and work towards a shared understanding of the study results.
