Can you describe a situation where you faced a conflict with a teammate or colleague, and how did you handle it?

During a project in my previous role, I encountered a conflict with a teammate regarding the distribution of tasks. We both had different opinions on how best to approach the project, which led to tension and disagreement.

To address the conflict, I initiated an open and honest conversation with my teammate to understand their perspective and communicated my own thoughts clearly. Through active listening and a willingness to compromise, we were able to find common ground and come up with a mutually agreeable plan for task distribution.

I also recognized the importance of maintaining professionalism and respect throughout the conflict resolution process, ensuring that our working relationship remained intact.
