Challenging Situation in a Previous BPO Role and How I Handled It
During my tenure in a previous BPO role, I encountered a challenging situation where our client's project had a strict deadline that was nearly impossible to meet due to unforeseen technical issues. This situation put immense pressure on our team and jeopardized the client's relationship with our company.
