Discussing a Challenging Situation Faced in a Previous Administrative Role
During my time in a previous administrative role, I encountered a challenging situation where there was a lack of coordination and communication among the team members. This led to frequent misunderstandings, delays in project delivery, and overall inefficiency in the workflow.
